Our experienced team of civil litigators covers a comprehensive range of Small Claims Court claims and defenses. We represent Individuals, companies, partnerships, sole traders and other organizations.
We aim to offer a prompt, efficient, and practical service and are flexible enough to adapt what we do to the needs of each individual client. We are comfortable with Court proceedings, but also recognize that civil litigation is expensive and the outcome may be uncertain. While we will fight your corner vigorously in court if appropriate, we realize that there are often more creative and less expensive ways of resolving commercial disputes.
We work closely with our clients in working out what they want to achieve through instructing us, and adopt a strategy to suit each individual client.
We fully understand that people are often in very different circumstances when it comes to dismissal from work, from amicable to highly acrimonious situations.
Some people going through disciplinary or dismissal procedures may have to attend hearings and appeals, whilst others for whom the dismissal is a feature of discrimination or bullying treatment; and other workers who may be leaving by mutual agreement, but require legal support to assist in negotiating the details of their departure arrangements and severance package.
Bullying and harassment in the workplace can be devastating for the victim, but you do not have to endure it. The law is there to protect employees. Our employment advocates are familiar with the difficult situations employees experience, and can offer solutions, as well as help you access the protection offered by employment law.
Harassment at work can take many different forms, from being bullied to receiving unwanted sexual approaches or being called racist or sexist names.
Personal Injury Claims:
To claim compensation for a personal injury caused by an accident that was someone else’s fault, call our No Win, No Fee Personal Injury experts on 647-894-3754.
Just tell us where and how the accident happened, perhaps it was an accident at work or a car accident; and tell us about your personal injuries so we can help you understand whether or not you have a claim for compensation.
A No Win, No Fee Personal Injury EXPERT will assess your claim on its merits with the information you provide, and determine how successful your injury claim is likely to be.
98% of our Personal Injury Claims are funded through a Conditional Fee Agreement, which is more commonly known as a 'No Win, No Fee' agreement.
Our experts are well aware of the tactics that insurance companies can use to contest personal injury claims. We use all our combined legal expertise to get the best possible results for people injured in accidents, through no fault of their own.
We can provide immediate legal representation and rehabilitation support.
Commissioner for Oaths:
As commissioner for taking affidavits we can legally administer an oath, affirmation, or declaration, for example, to a person making an affidavit.
A commissioner does not have to know the person making the affidavit. A commissioner administers the oath or affirmation of the person swearing or affirming that the affidavit is true. The commissioner then signs the document to verify he/she saw the document being signed and that he/she had administered the oath.
Highway Traffic Offences: We provide representation on such offences like:
Contesting a Ticket Issued for a Traffic Offence
Dangerous Operation of a Vehicle
Unlicensed Driving of a Vehicle
Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident
Racing Motor Vehicles on the Road
Drinking and Taking Drugs While in Charge of a Vehicle
Evidence of Drug or Alcohol Consumption and Defenses
License Restrictions Applied to Alcohol and Drug Driving Offences.
We provide tribunal representation wherever you live, in Ontario and we always represent in person. You no longer have to rely on an advice centre near to your home because we have successfully represented clients in Ontario. If you simply cannot attend the hearing, perhaps because of anxiety or being housebound, we can go in your place.
We can meet you in person, work via telephone, email or Skype conferencing, advising on the strength of your appeal, gathering the necessary evidence and representing at your tribunal hearing.
